Customer Support Manager

VP of Installation & Customer Service

Responsibilities:
  • Assist project coordinator to ensure Customers are cared for in a timely matter
  • Assist Account Managers with tenders and Request for Proposals
  • Manage Preventative Maintenance Agreements and Software Support Agreements for new and existing Customers
  • Communicate with Customers regarding services provided by A.C. Technical Systems Ltd
  • Coordinate customer surveys for installation and service department
  • Look after sales requests as required
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of customer service and business experience
  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent level of knowledge
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with MS Office, Internet, Email and other types of programs in use
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Capacity for strategic thinking and business development
  • Able to conceptualize and think creatively
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Understanding of health and safety standards
  • Must be able to meet or surpass security clearance (CPIC or government security clearances)
  • Understanding of timelines and ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with MS Office, Internet, Email and other types of programs in use
